Based on the post below, the Big 12 and ACC need assistance

Instead of poaching by conferences, just merge the two leagues. You end up with 24 teams which can be geographically grouped. Maybe ND would be independent again with BYU. You then have 64 plus 2 (Catholics and Mormons)

Southwest: TX, TTY, Baylor, TCU, OU, OSU
Midwest: ISU, KU, KSU, UL, Pitt, WVU
North Atlantic: BC, SU, VT, UVA, Duke, UNC
South Atlantic: NCSU, Wake, Clemson, GT, UM, FSU

Heartland Division and Atlantic Division. Could play 8, 9, or 10 game conference games.

Both the Big 12 and ACC are stronger and makes on heck of a network. Puts the screws to SEC and B1G also.
